Terms of use

The short version of the rules

Using the site means accepting these. They are deliberately brief, because a site with no account and no payment does not need much.

Using the site

OpenThinkr is free to use. There is nothing to buy, nothing to sign up for and no account to lose. You may take any test as often as you like.

What you should not do: scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for other people, republish its tests or written content as your own, present these practice tests as official assessments, or use the site to break the law.

These tests are unofficial practice

Every test here is an unofficial practice version. OpenThinkr is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Pymetrics, Harver, or any employer named on this site, and no result produced here is seen by any of them. The full statement is on the disclaimer page and it forms part of these terms.

No warranty on results

The tests are provided as they are. No promise is made that a result is accurate, meaningful, predictive of a real assessment, or fit for any particular purpose. Nothing here is medical, psychological, legal, financial or career advice.

Decisions you make after taking a test are yours. To the fullest extent the law allows, OpenThinkr is not liable for any loss arising from using the site or relying on a result from it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Availability

The site is run by one person as a side project. It may be offline, mid-rebuild, or missing a game that was there last week. No uptime is guaranteed and tests may be changed or withdrawn without notice.

Content and trademarks

The written content, design and code of this site belong to OpenThinkr. Names of assessments, products and employers mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe what a practice test prepares you for.

Links out

Where the site links somewhere else, that site has its own terms and its own privacy practices, and OpenThinkr is not responsible for what is on it.

Changes

These terms can change. The date below shows when they last did, and the version published when you visit is the one that applies.
